Default Unnecessary message

Please get rid of the 'Working online' message that Windows Mail and Outlook
Express show when it is isn't actually doing anything - for example after
completing some downloads. Although I've been seeing this message for years
it always make me think its doing something, when its not.

I hope not. I find it very useful. Double clicking that message in the
Status Bar changes it to Working Offline.

The point of the message is to show the status of the internet connectivity.

Except that Windows Mail can be set to Work Offline even though the computer
is still connected to the Internet.
