Default Limited connectivity

I've recently upgraded to vista. This was about 28th dec and everything
worked fine. From about the 14th Jan the internet stopped working and ended
up with it telling me limited connectivity and that the network is
unidentified.
I have no idea what to do. Please help. If its easier you can ring me on my
mobile. 07763720162.

Thanks James
