Hi,
I use Olympus Master 1.42 to edit my photos. I edited a photo and clicked 'save' and now cannot access the photo from Olympus Master or Windows photo gallery. When I try to open the image, Windows photo gallery says "Photo Gallery can't open this picture or video. This file format is not supported, or you don't have the latest updates to Photo Gallery" The format is .JPG, like all of my other photos. In Olympus Master I can see a Thumbnail of the image, but can't open it to view or edit it. I have tried everything possible to try and open the photo, does anyone have any idea what has happened? I tried to edit information on the photo but received the following message: "Error 0x88982F61: No error description available" Any help will be very very appreciated! |
