Default Microsoft Mail terrible email client

I tried to respond to an email yesterday. The email editting on Microsoft
Mail just sucks.
There is on support for selecting text in plain text mode. Responding to
emails in HTML mode places the cursor
at the bottom, where I prefer, but when I type no text seems to appear.

It's hard to do, but MS has created an email client that is worse than
Outlook Express.

It is still not a final version yet. Please download the Microsoft Beta
Cient software and report this error. Remember that Windows Mail is a very
basic email program without all the bells and whistles.

Already done.
Yes, I know it's still beta, I was just surprised that even a basic email
program would not let you select text with the mouse. It turns out it does
allow you to select with keyboard (shift-arrow).
