Hello,
We have opened a cyber café in France, with 12 PCs and 1 server. All 12 clients pc's are running vista home, and server runs vista pro. We have been looking wide and far to find a program that would allow us to manage our cybercafe network under vista. Something that would count out the minutes the clients use, set up their password for using the computers, protect our pc, and monitor the website they visit, so we can be within anti-terrorism laws. However, in every software we found that pretended to run under vista, there was a multitude of flaws, bugs, security issues, installing issues or just plain lazyness in the coding. it seems they just adapted their XP coding to vista, which is not good enough So i go back to basics and turn onto the very source of the problem, and mybe the solution : windows. Is there a known software, written with the help of windows or known to function perfectly under vista, that would allow us to manage our cyber café ? I guess a lot of vista licences are sold to network, such as schools, cybecafé and others. So there must be something ! Thx for your answers Cyber Sphere |
