I have many wired and wireless connections through my router going out to the
internet with NO problem at all. For instance, I have a vista wired machine, an xp wired machine, a few xp wireless connections, and varied gaming platforms. With a new HP laptop I got running vista, I get the windows indication that I have both local and internet connection, however, when I go to brows like to this site I get either "address not valid" or "explorer cannot open this page." With this same machine, I can perform pings to anything I should be able to. ALL of my other connections work fine. I have tried both static and DHCP with no help. Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks. |
