Default Stop Sharing a folder

Vista Home Premium

I'm prevented from stopping a folder from being shared. The reason I'm given
is that it's in a shared folder. The path of the folder is
"C:\Users\Bob\Music". I'm not sharing C:\Users\ or C:\Users\Bob\. So it
doesn't seem to make sense. I have File and Printer Sharing "on".
Can anyone help with this?

Default Stop Sharing a folder

Update: Even though the situation I described below still exists, when I
look at the PropertiesSharing tab it indicates the folder is NOT shared. A
contradiction, yes?

Default Stop Sharing a folder

Hi,
I've vista home premium
option 1
To stop file sharing, right click on the folder -- 2 options will
appear one would be stop sharing & other edit permission for sharing --
choose stop sharing.

option 2
To stop file sharing, right click on the folder -- A share menu is
displayed -- click on Advanced sharing -- one more dialogue box will
open --- uncheck share this folder.

I was able to stop files & folder sharing this way.
