Every time I connect to the internet the Web page does not appear. The
following error message appears: “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage”. When I click on the link “Diagnose connection problems” a message appears saying “Windows did not find any problems with this computer’s network connection”. After a few clicks the webpage does appear. Why though the webpage does not appear at the first place? |
