**There are many programs that users install that install shortcuts on the
vista desktop. It is a frustration that when you drag n drop a shortcut the
the recycle bin that it will always ask you if you know that you aren't
actually deleting the program or it's functionality.

Why can't we just acknowledge this for all further choices. Reduce extra
click . Vista Rc 1

I know shortcuts aren't programs.

Vista still seems "stiff"
