Exactly...! What you stated is right.VNC might be a better option but
security might be the question.You have to make sure that nobody is

Exactly...! What you’ve stated is right. VNC might be a better option

Check out RHUB...they have a web conference appliance and a support
appliance depending on what features you really need. Security is their
big thing and you should feel confident with their approach. We've never
had a problem with it. Check out 'Web Conferencing, Remote Support
Software - RHUB Appliances' (http://www.rhubcom.com). Best part is that
once you own the appliance, you don't have "per use" fees again. Good
