Default Desktop Wallpaper changer..

Will Microsoft ever produce a 'desktop wallpaper changer' feature? I'm sick
of having to go find a 3rd party app to do it, only to find mostly they are
crap or have ads/spyware. I thought it would be a good feature to have/do,
which is why I've made this suggestion. Thanks.

The Windows XP wallpaper changer (from Power Toys) will install (after an
error message), and will work until you reboot, at which time it won't work.
You can install it again, but it's too much of a hassle. The
"Personalization" selections for wallpaper changing don't work with my
photos, only showing the middle portion of the photo (no matter which of the
three buttons at the bottom I select). This is frustrating for someone who
wants to use his own photos for wallpaper.
