Im running Vista64 Ultimate and have serious problems with the Remote
Assistance function. It is enabled, firewall settings are ok as well. Also tried to start it as admin, from command line and in Safe Mode. No differnce. I have searched the web but couldn't even find anybody with the same problem. DESCRIPTION: When I try to create an invitation file I get: ____________________________________ Either the folder does not exist or you do not have permission to write to this location. Verify that you can create a file in the specified path, and then try again ____________________________________ (from event log) When I try to open an invitation file I get: ____________________________________ A problem occurred that might prevent Remote Assistance from working. Try again, or contact your system administrator ____________________________________ Any ideas? Thx Rob |
