I aquired a new Dell computer two days ago and when I click on "Connect to"
in the start menu, the network panel shows up with a blank page and continues to load. While it is being loaded (it never stops loading), I am able to access other programs with ease (which means the computer is not lagging or frozen). Why is this happening and how can I fix this? |
