Default Cannot access my own file shares -Network path not found

I have a strange issue where when i try to access my own shares on my
machine

Start , Run, \\mycomputer or \\FQDN (neither work)

I can see my shares but if I try to access any of them I get a The
Network Path Not Found - Error Code 0x80070035

I know the permissions are right because it worked yesterday. Other
people on the network can access them no problem and do not get this
message.

This was happening yesterday, I removed it from domain, renamed it,
added it back. Fixed it for about 12 hours.

Very strange

Make sure no firewall or security software blocks sharing. Or this post may
help too.
