I think i found a solution for the problem (in my case)...i just
needed to start a service "routing and remote access" in the
administrative tools- services on both systems...
I feel so smart right now... :P

Default Error code 0x80070035

Service "routing and remote access" not solved my problem.

Here is some torubleshooting:
I can ping server by name or IP address.

net view Server_name or net view Server IP
System error 53 has occurred.
The network path was not found.

traceroute Server IP
tracert 193.xx.xx.xx
Tracing route to server [193.xx.xx.xx]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 11 ms 10 ms 9 ms GW [193.xx.xx.xx]
2 1 ms 1 ms 1 ms Router [194.xx.xx.xx]
3 8 ms 7 ms 2 ms Server [193.xx.xx.xx]

Trace complete.

I'm using F-secure firewall and I turned it offf.

Jure
