Default PC stops booting

My Vista PC stops booting when USB devices are connected. I have to unplug
them, restart and connect them when the PC is booted up. Thanks for any
advise.

Download the latest drivers for your devices from either the mfgs website or
your PCs OEM website.

Hi
It could be Motherboard BIOS setting issue.
Most new motherboards view USB drive as bootable drive..
If currently the BIOS set to Boot first from the USB it will not Boot if the
USB Drive is just a storage Drive.
Look in the Motherboard BIOS and change the Booting order if it is
incorrect.
