My MSN Music Will Not Play
I have seen several posts on this without solution and I worked with MSN
support for over an hour today and still cannot get it fixed. Running RTM build of Vista Ultimate (build 6000). Clean install. Moved all my music files over. When I try and acquire the license for the MSN Music files, it just hangs and will never acquire the license. Has anyone else seen this?

Hi,
Might have been me, that you saw the post from. No dice with MSN music at this time. I've been working with them since beta 2 on this. It's looking like it's not being resolved quickly; basically, the license servers won't synch with Vista; but you know that; because of the scenario you just stated. I'm not holding my breath,myself. On Tuesday the 14th,they officially switch over to Zune;at which point; I have a feeling;us poor souls will be put on the back burner. Have 3 supposed escalations on it since last Thursday;and no reponse;yet. If, by Tuesday;they don't have it resoved; I'm calling customer service and requesting a FULL refund of all my tunes. I'm soorta HOT about it. It's ridiculous. Sorry to tell ya this, but I might just burn ALOT of cd's in XP; then rip them to Vista,cuz that does work. I'm way hot with them.
