I am running Vista Home Premium. When I attempt a backup from Drive C to
Drive E (which is my second internal hard drive) I get an error message: 0x80070070. This error message started occurring approx. two or three months ago. Before that time I never received an error message on backup. HP Support (?) suggested that perhaps I was repeatedly saving my system to the 2nd hard drive, thus running out of space. I have removed all files from Drive E, run a disk cleanup and continue to have the same problem. Tech support suggests that currently this is not a solvable problem. I am able to copy files to a CD. Have not yet drive copying to a DVD! Any suggestions. -- JK |
