Hey guys, I am running RC1 build 5600 and I have a problem with trying to
start terminal services, telephony, and windows firewall. Every time I try
to manually start them, I get an error that reads:

"A privilege that the service requires to function properly does not exist
in the service account configuration. You may use the Services Microsoft
Management Console (MMC) snap-in (services.msc) and the Local Security
Settings MMC snap-in (secpol.msc) to view the service configuration and the
account configuration."

I noticed this when I tried to ping or remote into my box. I have all the
permissions set for remote desktop, but I couldn't get anything. So I
thought that I had to tell the firewall to allows those connections. I then
found out that it wouldn't start.

I checked to see what user was used for the service and for the firewall,
Local Service is the user and for terminal services, Network Service is used.
I checked on another Vista box and it seems to be running fine.

Any ideas?
