have you tried reducing the dram speed as I suggested?

Althought I dont have pc-6200 (using 5300)I tried, but I couldnt find a
way to do that.. sorry for my ignorance, im a little beginnerish when it
comes to bios and all that.. could you show me how to reduce my dram
speed?

If it is not in the BIOS you may not be able to. Gamer mobos have that
capability for overclocking.
