Default conection error with messenger[81000306]

i have ben using vista for almost 2 weeks so far and i culdnt sing in the
messenger
a cinection problem apers with the code [81000306]
i did tray to do evry thing recomendid in the help fils but nothing came up
with a sulution so what can i do now
im realy clous to go back to the windows XP but i realy like vista
help requaierd as soon as posebul
