Default Letters on monitor not all thier.

All the letters and numbers on my monitor look like print paper that is low
on ink. Like part of the letter or number is ether missing or very weak on
color.

It appears that you monitor is having trouble displaying the resolution of
your desktop accurately.
What is your desktop resolution set to?
If you have a digital technology monitor such as an LCD what it its native
resolution.?
