It has nothing to do with Microsoft. It's the way email has worked for
decades. You could have been using Unix or a Mac, it would have done the same thing. -- Dave N. It really has nothing to do with Microsoft - you are talking about email. Email is not owned by Microsoft. If you snail-mailed a letter, there is no guarantee that it could be recalled. Have you discovered any way to retract a bullet once fired by accident? I bet lots of people that thought a gun was empty, would like to. Instead of blaming others for your mistake, you should own up to it and view it as a hard-learned lesson.
