... hi, installed hp printer driver on laptop and have a wireless connection but can't get printer to work ? please help any answers on why or what i am doing wrong -- cheryl47 Did you load all the s/w that came with the printer, very precisely and in the order specified by the HP documentation? The s/w is very touchy about this. If not, rip it all out and do it precisely as directed. -- BobF. |

It is not just the fact that it is loaded, it must be done in the sequence described in the installation instructors including plugging in all the cables and powering up the printer. It is connected via USB, is it not? Your wireless is irrelevant. -- BobF. |
