I just bought this new computer which has the Vista Home Premium operating
system. When I attempt to run a back up I get the following message. The backup did not complete successfully. An error occurred. The following information might help you resolve the error. Catastrophic failure (0x80000FFFF) No other information follows. I do not know how to correct this and cannot create a back up. I would greatly appreciate any help. -- Thanks Again! |
