Desktop messing up
Can't access start menu all i see is my pic then transparent background of
the menu that pops up no links and the toolbar messes up showing available windows sometimes behind the windows start button any have this problem?

Ive done so many times problem isn't that it's temporary it happens quite

Do you have a restore point prior to when the problem began?
