Vista welcome screen frozen
My son's computer won't load past the welcome page. Vista Home Premium came
with comp and worked fine for months. A game disk, MS Zoo Tycoon 2, was left in when comp was shut down and restarted. This seems to be when the problem started. Have tried safe mode, MSCONFIG, startup and service disable/enable etc. no luck. Can't restore as no restore date was ever established.
