Hi Alex,
Are you running Zone Alarm? That product is known to cause that driver error. Make sure you are using the most recent software release version if you are to avoid it. Otherwise, what you have is a driver error, but there isn't enough information in that problem report to tell you where to look. If you can send this file to me at the email address used here ) with a subject line of 'per req', I might be able to tell you what to look at: Mini030908-01.dmp It should be found under C:\Windows\Minidump, and you'll need to set folder options/view tab to see hidden and operating system files in order to see it. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org My thoughts http://rick-mvp.blogspot.com "Alex" wrote in message ... this is really starting to annoy me! on average i get the blue screen of death atleast once here is the report Product Windows Problem Shut down unexpectedly Date 9/03/2008 6:54 PM Status Report Sent Problem signature Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.0.6000.2.0.0.768.3 Locale ID: 3081 Files that help describe the problem (some files may no longer be available) Mini030908-01.dmp sysdata.xml Version.txt Extra information about the problem BCCode: d1 BCP1: 00000000 BCP2: 00000002 BCP3: 00000008 BCP4: 00000000 OS Version: 6_0_6000 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 768_1 Server information: 4105e545-d6cb-4501-959a-74c4e099eb8e |
