Default Problem with Outlook 2007 RPV over HTTP

Hi,

Am running the full version of Vista (MSDN) and office 2007. I have an
exchange 2003 setup with rpc / http with a wildcard certificate from
digicert, all works well with all other clients but Vista. at first I
couldn't connect even with OWA, but I un-checked TLS and checked SSL 2.0 in
IE7 properties and this sorted this, but my outlook still dosent work, all I
get it Connecting to ... in the debug and nothing, works fine on Windows XP,
I have also installed the cert locally, and the root ca and intermediate ca
but still no joy... any ideas............

Thanks,

Rob Gee

Hi,
what version of Office do you have on XP box? I have similiar problem. But
I'm not able to establish RPC over HTTPS from Office 2007 on Windows XP.
Office 2003 on same computer (same OS) works fine. I tested it on multiple
computers. Problem is IMHO somewhat related to Office 2007.
