Default toshiba settelite 210 not wprking

i have got a toshiba settelite 210 laptop
i bought it in the dec 2007 but it did not work from very first day
it works but just for 5 to 10 seconds then goes black then i close and start
again then it saya cam not found or at times cam not connected
please help

That is an obvious warranty situation. Send the computer back and get
a new one for free.
