Default How to add LPR port in Vista?

I got to Print Services and both cleared the box and then shaded it. I
couldn't check it. Never got to a LPR Port Monitor option. What should I
have done differently?

There is a + sign next to Print Services. Expand the entry and check LPR
Port Monitor

Click OK
