Here is the solution that worked for me regarding the overscan issue

This driver set is for NVIDIA (mobile support has been added to the modded
INF)

Searching for you TV's resolution yield the following result:
Resolution 1366 x 768 pixels.

Fortunately, this resolution is in the driver provided by the link above.
