Default Speed Touch 585 Wireless Router


I use it and they Only problems i have, i have with vista after 30days
it reset's it self and have to go in a re set the fire wall setting's in
the router.

then once everything set for another 30 days restart all you're
computers cause one computer you don't restart the setting's won't take
effect untill you do .
us sympatico Customers are getting fed up with the support from India
Sympatico teir Ones trying to solve everything including orders which
they are not allowed to do.
they sernd you into a re-direct mode reading off there tech support
screen i already called Sympatico Multi products Soulutions department
over this and there gonna have a talk with there supervisors over there

Hi
It is probably a Problem with the the provider connection or the Router.
When this happens check the External IP in the Router and see if you have a
Valid one.
Take a look at the Router's menus and see if it set to keep the connection
Always alive, or some thing similar with obtaining a lease for the External
and Internal IPs.
