Hi, I have a little workgroup. I have a printer server running 2000 Pro, 5
PCs running XP, and 2 Laptops running Vista. I can print and access the files in the 2000 Pro server from any XP PC. From both Laptops running vista I can see all the computers in the workgroup, I can also see the files and use the printer of any PC running XP. The problem is between Vista and 2000 Pro. I can access files in the Vista Laptops from the 2000 Pro Server, but I can not see any shared folder or use any printer in the 2000 Pro Server from the Vista Laptops. Each time I try to connect to the 2000 Pro Server from the Vista laptops I get a logon dialog box; I defined in the 2000 Pro server the same users I have in the Vista laptops (I did't do so for the XP PCs and they work just fine) and no matter what user I use to logon (I try to use also the 2000 Pro administrator user) I always get a "Logon Unsucessful" error. The vista and 2000 Pro has the NetBUI on TCP/IP enabled. What can I do?? -- Ibrahim |

You must give a space between "net view" "\\ip".
