UNISTALLING

HI, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO UNINSTALL NETZERO. WHEN I CLICK ON UNINSTALL, THE
WINDOW POPS UP LIKE ITS STARTING, BUT THEN IT JUST SITS THERE. YOU CAN'T GO
BACK OR CANCEL OR EVEN X OUT OF THE BOX. I HAVE TO GO TO PROGRAM MANAGER TO
GET OUT, BUT THE NETZERO IS NEVER UNISTALLED.

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED
