Default External USB flash drive performance enhancement

Ok, so now that Vista can use a memory stick to enhance performance; what
kind of memory stick do you buy? I have a standard PNY 2 gig stick yet Vista
says "I don't think so bub, it's not my style". What is the correct style of
stick to avoid cracking the case on my XPS machine? Thanks...

I have a PNY Attaché 2 GB flash drive which works as a ReadyBoost
drive after formatting in NTFS.
(And don't hurry... try again... Vista is not a racing horse;-)
