Default Computer Locks Automatically

Hi there,

I'm trying to prevent my computer from locking automatically.

NOTE: There is NO screen save enabled & Power Saver settings is at High
Performance with 0 time for it to go sleep.

Please advise on other configurations or situations that could cause the
computer to lock on its own. Thanks
