Hi,
Check that this folder exists, if it does not then create it: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch You may need to alter Folder Options/View to see hidden and system folders in order to access this directory structure. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org My thoughts http://rick-mvp.blogspot.com "ssn" wrote in message ...
