Programs Opening... but not?
I am running Vista, everything should be running fine and such (Got
antivirus, adaware, spybot SD, etc.) and yet my computer is now not opening programs. I click to execute, then nothing. When I open task manager, it shows that it is running, albeit not and with a very low memory usage.
