Default USB Broadband card

I'm just comp frustrated... I connect to the internet via a USB Broadband
connection. I need to send out a WiFi signal so that 1) my Skype phone
starts to work 2) my ipod can connect and 3) I could connect my Wii to it.

I was told that if I buy the WRT54G I can attach my laptop's ethernet port
to the routers internet port I can start sending out signals but they don't
know if it would work on Vista.

Can anyone help?

Hi
Your explanation of your current system is Not clear.
USB Broadband connection is Not a type of Internet connection.
If you mean that your computer is connected to an Internet Modem via USB
cable than you are out of luck since the Wireless Routers can not connect to
USB Modems.
In order to use a Wireless Router you need an External Ethernet Modem. Vista
as nothing to do with this issue, it seems that you have a Network Topology
problem.
