Default Locating all document shortcuts

Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to locate all of the shortcuts
associated with one document/file? Maybe some sort of "family tree" kind of
thing? I have forms that change often stored in a file with several
shortcuts placed throughout the system for ease of access. I need to be able
to quickly find the shortcuts for each document/form.

Why not place the shortcuts in a new folder and/or subfolders by category?

K.

If the shortcuts have the same name as the original program, just perform a
search for that file name.
