I can't find anything in Vista. I want a folder view where I can see what's
in my thumb drive and drag it over to a folder in Documents. XP made it so easy to see where everything was in Documents and My Computer to make it easy to transfer files to external drives and CD. I finally found a way to see what's on an thumb drive, but you have to open three windows to try to transfer a file from there to documents. THIS IS NOT PROGRESS. Not only is Vista 6 times slower than XP (with twice as much RAM as my XP), a person can't FIND anything, transfer anything, or --on another subject-- SCAN ANYTHING because there's no SCANNER WIZARD anymore. I feel like I've bought a very expensive paperweight. Are there any work arounds for easy viewing?? |

In the explorer window, on the hand side, click on the small arrow at the
bottom next to the word folders. Thsi brings up a folder tree. Is this what you mean? -- Paul "J" wrote: I can't find anything in Vista.
