Default Lost Network Connection after installing Vista SP1

Hi,

I just installed Vista SP1 today & after installing I lost not only network
connection but I dont even see my network card in the Divise Manager. I am at
loss right now.
I am running Vista Ultimate. Any help would be appreciated.

Default Lost Network Connection after installing Vista SP1


There is definitely an issue w/SP1 & networks.
After installing SP1, one of the computers on my workgroup, running XP
couldn't logon. I ended up uninstalling the service pack...

what router are you using (model # and hardware rev) and what
version firmware?

same issue here, installed SP1 on ultimate edition and no network
connectivity, network card is there ok and there isnt an isue i can
see with the drivers as i have reinstalled them. just wont pick up and
ip from DHCP says cannot find network.

SP1 lol to fix issues

If you are running Norton Internet Security, uninstall it. I spent six
hours troubleshooting this problem on my new HP laptop and this is what
finally worked for me.

affraid not only AVG at the moment, it was working fine until I
installed SP1
