Default can't remove msn

My OS is home premium 32 bit. I have 3 accounts, one of which is my
Admin/standard user account. That's the account I have the problem. If I
open the Internet Exporer, msn pops up, while the other 2 accounts will
have the Google Gmail on the screens which is what I want. I know where
the file is, but I can't remove it. I used Run As Administrator,
unsuccessful. I tried to take ownership and for unknown reason I failed
to do so. System restore will do no good because the msn been in the
system for at least 2 months. Can someone please help ?
