how to recover from sleep mode
I just did a clean install of RC1 on a Tablet PC (Toshiba Tecra M4) and I'm
still encountering the problem described below. The system seems to awaken, but nothing shows up on the monitor. I have to do a hard restart to see anything at all. I have to hold down the power button to turn my computer off, hit the power button again to turn it back on, and THEN it resumes from sleep mode. You're supposed to just be able to click the mouse or keyboard and it should zoom back to life. Hopefully it will work for us in RC1! - JB |
