Default Post SP1: Windows Locator Won't Stay Selected, Lost WorkGroup

A Windows Vista machine I have now won't see any of the Workgroup. It
will not even resolve via DNS OR WINS from a Windows 2003 Server.

Windows Locator Will not Stay Selected.

RPC and RPC Locator Services are running.

I've even disabled the windows firewall and no help

No 3rd party applications

Internet is fine

help!

Solved. Shutdown all machines. Start Master (in my case my Windows
2003 Server), start other machines. Recognizes all machines..ip
resolution via dns, etc...
