Default Additional firewall in vista

Can anyone guide me on how to set addtional firewall in vista? Apparently
defender being in beta stage additional protection wont be a bad idea

Default Additional firewall in vista

Firewall? You don't need two, you only need one. At the moment i'd stick
with Vista's own firewall. Installing two firewalls usually causes conflict.

Default Additional firewall in vista

Windows Defender is an anti spyware program and not a firewall.
Vista also has a firewall and if you use the Vista firewall, you should not
use another.

Otherwise disable the firewall and install a 3rd party firewall.

Whatever you do, make sure you disable the Vista firewall before installing
something else.
