Trend PC-cillin 14 update fails w/RC2
Hi!
I got the same problem. But, it works now. I set Pc-Cillin to update at each 1 hour. And it updated correctly 1 hour after running Vista. Bonne journée! Roger "Peter" wrote in message ... I had the same error Peter, AVAST is the ONLY antivirus software that seems

As I stated before that this is a server problem. I just got the latest

It always updates as it should, and has yet to fail to update. I have uninstalled the Firewall portion of the suite, however. I would prefer a more full-featured firewall application. If anyone has any knowledge of a good third-party firewall solution for Vista RC2, please let me know. Until then, I'm using Windows Firewall, and have turned off the Windows Defender service completely, since it interferes with the installation of my Apple Intel drivers for XP.
