You can't just pick a new email address. You need to enter the settings to
access an existing email account that you already have. And Windows Mail
can only access POP and IMAP accounts.

Sending the same message every few minutes doesn't get you help
any faster.

If you've registered the DNS entry for wyan.org, it hasn't reached this
part of the world yet, and therefore addresses ending in @wyan.org
are unreachable. Also, this site needs an email server to be able to
handle email at all.

If you don't work for Microsoft, you probably aren't able to get an email
address ending in @microsoft.com there.

Many internet providers offer to set up an email server for a user's
domain at an extra cost, so ask your internet provider if they will set
up one for you and register the DNS entry for it.

Default HELP

Your ISP has not published any email setup information.
The closest I could come to it is their rate schedule:
http://www.wyan.org/cablerates.htm
You will have to contact them for setup information.
