I encountered a strange behavior
When i try to inport a reg file with the local administrator account it won't prompt me for anything (Which is a good thing) but evetually will fail to change the Registry due to lack of permissions. When i try this with a ergular account i get prompt for concent but the Reg import succeed. Is this normal? When i try to run the "Runas /showtrustlevels" i get that i only have Basic user Levels with the Local admin |

Or for what matters: Does anyone know how to change all of the users to the
"Best Performance" Option under the system setting ?
